Cranfield University academics comment on the Prime Minister’s Ten Point Plan for a Green Industrial Revolution

Cranfield academics comment on the implications of the Government’s ten-point plan released today, 18 November 2020.

Professor Iain Gray, Director of Aerospace at Cranfield University, said: “There is a huge opportunity for the UK to be a world-leader in green aviation technology through its commitment to Jet Zero. It is a difficult journey but one in which industry, academia and Government are resolute in their commitment.

“Through our global research airport, Cranfield is playing our part in supporting world-leading technologies in both hydrogen and electric powered flight.”
